I love to dance.
Remember how SJP gazed into the air as she expressed her passion for her favorite pastime in Girls Just Wanna Have Fun ? That’s how I feel.
Growing up in a home where music was always blaring to ear splitting decibels by any one of my family, there was a lot of dancing. Mom dad me (behind cosed doors of course) . We r Caribbean people. It’s what we do.

I don’t like dancing w a partner. I’m a control freak and dancing solo works for me. Hula hooping is a promise that my partner can keep up with me. Dancing fills me. I swear I live in a musical. With musicals, we dance!
One day I will have a disco ball in every room. Especially in my kitchen.

Mother in law gave BFF and I another French oven for Christmas. It’s a mismatched set of teal and turquoise. 7 1/4 quart capacity cast iron pot.
She got it from a family friend who dug them out the trash of an outlet store almost years ago. These pots retail for $300. Even used they are over $200.
She gave us one a couple months ago and we use the $hit out of it.

Soup
Homemade stocks and sauces.
If the machines actually take over and we r left w/o electricity, we will eat like kings. These pots will last generations and the apocalypse.
