All year long hearts are incorporated in my work. I draw them. Paint them. Sculpt them.
Paper. Wire. Leather. Vinyl.
With Valentine’s day paraphernalia already litter about, my obsession is looked upon as being in spirit. Not enthusiastic over a cliche, and awesome, symbol.
Here I made hearts in gold glitter vinyl and reclaimed leather from Kevin’s couch. My stamping skills r getting so much better.
Did I mention that every piece is one of a kind? Uh huh.

When i decided to change the brass bangles into earrings, i decided to make long ballchain earrings with charms and such. I was inspired to by the earrings worn by Anya in Project Runway and a dancer on that BET KerryAnn dance reality/ gameshow.
They are soooo dope! i know i use that adjective often and i may be dating myself, i love these earrings! i’m wearing a pair right now.
This season I plan on experimenting with pieces that do not have fused glass focals. Not a lot, but perhaps a dozen or so.
It has been mentioned that people may be fans of my work, yet will not buy bc the chunkiness and funkiness. I’m an equal opportunist so here is my challenge: create a line that appeals to the woman w a unique spirit that isn’t a fan of that much funkness.
