BFF @cookinfitzu swears by this place. The amount of talk she hyped this tiny Johnson and Wales university grad operated establishment, you would think to call bullcrackers.
Nope. It was that good.
I loved it. I had the Caribbean. I can’t remember what was in it, but I dug it. Juicy. Seasoned. After some Texas Pete, it had ideal heat on my palate.
I do suggest purchasing a side of queso sauce to dip that wrap in too.

BFF and I were lucky enough to munch on some grindage at The Magic Cheese Truc located in the Usual spot of Hello My Name is bbq. It’s a grilled cheese lunch truck.

We got a mini tasting of their tomato bisque (creamy); turkey and artichoke grilled cheese; old school grilled cheese; and the ham and cheese delight (my fav).
The Magic Cheese Truck gets its bread from a center for mentally handicapped citizens. The roll and bake all the fresh loaves of bread.
Sweet tea is aces.
They serve each sandwich with a dum dum lollipop.
Fresh potted basil grows on their dashboard.
The 2 lovely ladies that run this magic truck of cheese, have been enthusiastically for less than 2 weeks. You should try them. You won’t be sorry. We found them friendly, professional and giddy with entrepreneurial spirit.
Ask for a slice of bacon in ur sammy. It’s magical.
